The facility's pool, sauna, Turkish bath and steam room are available between 08:00 in the morning and 22:00 at night, and SPA treatments are available between 11:00 and 21:00. Spa treatments are offered on Sundays and Mondays between 12:00 and 20:00. Reservations are mandatory for all our areas. On public holidays, the facility may be open or closed depending on business density.
In order to avoid any inconvenience, we kindly ask you to make a reservation in advance for the use of all our areas.
Please arrive a maximum of 10 minutes before your scheduled reservation. In order to protect the peace of our spa center, we kindly ask you to turn off your mobile phones or mute. Please present all your Gift Certificates and coupons upon arrival. In case of being late for an appointment, we regret that we will have to shorten your treatment period to be in the schedule for the next guest.
For the safety of your valuable articles, we recommend that you leave them in your hotel room or in the safe provided in the hotel back office. Trabzone Spa does not accept any responsibility for valuables.
We can transfer your total payments to your room account. We also accept cash and credit card payments. Minimum Age Requirements Spa guests aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 and over.
Children under the age of 6 can only use the children's pool under parental supervision. Children in this age group are strictly prohibited from using the adult pool.

We welcome you to openly discuss your likes, dislikes, concerns or questions with your therapist before and during your treatment. After your experiences, we would like you to share your comments with us with a comment card at the reception.
Cancellation Policy: We understand that you want to make changes to your reservation. In cases where you cannot come at the reservation time, we kindly ask you to inform us 4 hours in advance, considering our other guests. The time of our therapists is reserved to serve their guests during their therapy. Accordingly, you will be billed 100% of the total costs of the therapies canceled without 4 hours' notice. Prices and services are subject to change without notice.
Our guests using the gym should wear sports clothes.
Shower should be taken before using the sauna-steam room and pool. These areas can be used with products such as swimwear.
It is forbidden to enter the swimming pool without a cap. Running and jumping around the pool is prohibited
Our guests aged 6 and over can use our facility with their parents. The use of the gym, sauna and steam room is prohibited between the ages of 5-16.
Persons who do not comply with the rules, who behave dangerously and disturb our employees, are exited from the property.
Inside and outside of the facilities should be used cleanly.
It should not be spoken in a way that will disturb others.
In-house activities should not be used without taking a shower.
Do not make any movements that will cause you to slip on slippery floors.
You should enter the sauna and steam room with a loincloth or towel. (You can ask for a loincloth/towel from the spa reception)
Changing rooms should not be entered with wet clothes. (You can ask for a loincloth/towel from the authorities)
Children must be present in and around the facility.
Food and drink from outside should not be brought inside
Vehicles should not be parked behind or if parking is required, information should be given to the reception.
Before using the facility, you should inform the authorities if you have a disease or illness.
The program given by the fitness trainer should not be exceeded.
Spare clothes should be available for fitness.
You should not work in slippers and shirtless in the fitness room.
Used tools should be left in place.
Food and drink should not be entered in the fitness room.
The towels brought should be laid on the tools you are working with for health reasons.
For your health, you should not come to the facility with alcohol, with an extremely full stomach and extremely hungry.
Our customers with health problems should not stay too long in a hot areas.
Within the scope of Covid-19, the use of masks by each of our guests using our center has been made compulsory by the Ministry of Health. If you do not have a mask, you must contact the Spa Reception.
Within the scope of Covid-19, each guest using our center is required to fill out a guest information form and share the address and telephone number where they can be contacted, the countries they have visited recently and in our country. During the Covid-19 process, this information will be shared with authorized institutions if necessary.

It is mandatory for our guests to comply with the written rules in all areas in our Trabzone Spa, Wellness and Gym center. Adults are responsible for themselves and their children in case of problems that may occur.
Everyone who will get the therapy will be able to receive service by wearing disposable underwear or bikini / swimsuit.
The same quality service will be provided to everyone who requests professional massage service.
Personal phone numbers will never be exchanged with our guests.
